Big pizza, big flavour. Thank you!

Pizza was under cooked. Base was lumpy and cheese was chewy.

The fish was lovely, but the chips disappointing as they were all very thin like the dregs in the fryer. 😔 Not your usual high quality I’m afraid. Will order again though as this is not the norm. Appreciate that you offer a Gluten Free menu!

We were very disappointed with the hamburger supper ordered. The batter was soggy, no crispness at all - it was like they had been microwaved. The chips were peely wally & all congeled together. The pizza base & crust were a bit overdone. The bbq sauce, chicken & cheese were nice. The food was delivered before the allocated time & the delivery lass was lovely. The food was hot on arrival but unedible - very disappointing. I phoned the chip inn to say how disappointed we were, a gentleman asked what was wrong, I explained & the reply was would you like another. I said no thanks, it's too late (as in time of night) The reply was ok thanks, bye. Dreadful customer service, won't be back.

Pizza didn’t have hardly any onion and should be a decent portion when each topping in the make your own pizza is £1.50. Disappointing but everything else was lovely.

Meal arrived 35 minutes later than quoted and was lukewarm. Had to reheat it in microwave. I won't use the delivery service again.

Donnor kebab was amazing

We order regular and this time the chips were cold and not fresh at all and my chicken burger was also not fresh. Considering how much we order from here and how much the order was this is not acceptable and not what we would usually expect from you luckily but enough to put you off ordering again.

Unfortunately the food was cold when I received it 😡

The pizzas were late in arriving . I ordered a Mare e Monti pizza ( acc to menu this is onion, peppers, sundried toms and cheese ) and I added extra pepperoni, it came with tuna and no pepperoni - I dislike tuna so couldn’t eat the pizza. I phoned to let them know and response was we will give you extra pepperoni next time - hardly a resolution to my pizza issue, very disappointed.

Meal was delivered half an hour later than expected and the original estimate was already long given we're local. The meal was good though and someone answered the phone promptly when I called to ask where it was.
